The role is New York preferred but remote/hybrid is available (EST working hours)

About The Role

As VP of Marketing, you will lead and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that directly impacts revenue growth and business success. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Business Growth: Ensure that marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue and long-term success.
  • Overseeing Brand Positioning & Demand Generation: Develop marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use performance analytics to track KPIs (pipeline growth, conversion rates, brand impact) and optimize marketing ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee content marketing, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, events and social media engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets allocating resources effectively and optimizing spending strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and shifts in consumer behavior and leverage AI to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and growth team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with product updates and overall brand strategy.

What you have

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
  • Have scaled and led high-performing marketing teams, managing content, demand generation, and brand functions.
  • Are results-driven and analytical, using data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Have a proven track record of:
    • Exponentially increasing inbound leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Improving website traffic, and customer acquisition efficiency.
    • Enhancing digital conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization.
  • Have strong ABM and multi-channel expertise, including SEO, content marketing, paid ads, email, events and social media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams (sales, marketing, product, leadership).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Competitive compensation - base salary range $180-210k, performance based bonus, equity and employee equity plan. Please note that salary and compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, performance, and location.
