CareSource is seeking a Vice President, Market Operations - Ohio to lead the development of the market program strategy and business objectives. You will work to position CareSource as the industry leader in member and provider engagement, experience, and plan management within Ohio.

The role oversees ongoing operations for multiple products across a 500k+ member market, and requires collaboration with the Market leadership team to achieve strategic and operational goals while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, business, or health care field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of health plan operations experience required.
• Five years of management experience in managed care settings required.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall market program strategy and business objectives.
• Lead market alignment to make CareSource a leader in member/provider engagement and plan management.
• Oversee 500k+ members and multiple products within the market.
