CareSource is seeking a strategic leader for the VP, Market Operations in Ohio. You will shape the market program strategy, align cross-functional teams, and drive performance across multiple products to deliver growth and profitability.

You will oversee 500k+ members, partner with market leadership, and implement scalable operations. A BS in finance/business/healthcare is required, with five years in health plan operations; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in finance, business, or healthcare required.
• Five (5) years of health plan operations experience required.
• Five years of management experience in managed care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the market program strategy and align cross-functional teams.
• Oversee more than five products to ensure profitability, compliance, and growth.
• Lead market reviews with stakeholders to ensure market requirements are met.
