OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Enterprise Business Operations Advisor to advance strategic and operational goals for physician practices, ambulatory care settings, and service lines. Under the Clinical Enterprise Director this role supports execution and growth of defined clinical programs through collaboration with physician and administrative leadership across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to evaluate program growth opportunities.
• Develop business plans including market analysis and proposals for growth.
• Initiate, plan, and lead multiple simultaneous projects, including stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and reporting.
• Provide leadership and implementation support for new programs and program enhancements.
• Assist directors in oversight of operations for multiple physician practices, including quality initiatives, patient access, provider schedule utilization and productivity, and operational improvement.
• Mentor and support managers within the physician group, including participation in leadership development programming.
• Provide direct leadership of associates and/or managers on an interim basis as needed.
• Lead a team with direct reports based on the structure and/or needs of the service line.
