CareSource seeks a Vice President, Market Operations - Ohio to craft the market program strategy and business objectives, aligning stakeholders to position CareSource as a leader in member/provider engagement, experience, and plan management.

The role oversees more than five products and leads market operations with a focus on profitability, compliance, and growth for over 500k members across the state, guiding the Market leadership team to achieve strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or health care field or equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in health plan operations and managed care leadership.
• Proven record of leading large-scale division initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop market program strategy and business objectives for the Ohio market.
