Spherico, the market and patient access agency of Syneos Health Advertising Group, seeks a VP of Market Access Strategy to lead strategic oversight of key accounts in managed markets.

You will drive market access strategy across payers, integrated delivery networks, and health systems, collaborating with brand, medical, and creative teams to deliver insights, thought leadership, and growth opportunities for clients.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA required; MBA/PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in managed markets strategy.
• Experience with market access, payer ecosystems, and health systems.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication.

• Leads the strategy for key accounts within Spherico.
• Identify opportunities to support client success and organic growth for the agency.
• Partner with client management in identifying market access opportunities and strategic vision.

• Delivers effective presentations and points of view to clients.
