Job summary

SpyGlass Pharma is seeking an experienced Vice President, Market Access to join our leadership team in Irvine, CA. This role leads development and execution of market access strategy for our ophthalmology portfolio, including pricing, contracting, reimbursement, distribution, payer engagement, and patient services.

You will build and lead the Market Access organization to ensure patients, providers, and health systems can access our therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent).
• 15+ years of market access, reimbursement, pricing, or commercial leadership experience in pharma/biotech/medical device.
• Ophthalmology market access experience, including launch execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Lead pricing, contracting, reimbursement, distribution, patient services, and payer engagement.
• Design market access strategies for buy-and-bill and consignment-based models.
• Establish relationships with payers, Medicare stakeholders, IDNs, and decision-makers.
• Lead coverage, coding, payment, and reimbursement strategies to optimize access.
• Build and oversee patient support programs and HUB services.
