Job summary

SpyGlass Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Medical Affairs to spearhead the medical affairs organization for a first-in-class sustained drug-delivery system in late-stage clinical development.

You will shape the medical strategy, build field medical capabilities, engage key opinion leaders, and drive evidence generation to support a successful launch. Reporting to the Senior VP, you will collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access to ensure

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/OD or equivalent).
• Minimum of 15 years in Medical Affairs with leadership.
• Experience leading through late-stage development, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Medical Affairs strategy for late-stage development, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Build and scale Medical Affairs organization, including field medical and education capabilities.
• Oversee field presence, investigator engagement, scientific exchange, and trial awareness with cross-functional partners.
