You will drive strategy for margin and collateral across derivatives and prime broker activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations. The role emphasizes market research, due diligence, and reusable capability development, with strong leadership and stakeholder alignment across regions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in securities services, collateral management, derivatives clearing, or related areas.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are advantageous for regional coverage.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and innovation for margin and collateral management across uncleared and cleared derivatives and prime broker margining.
• Develop product strategy and vision; conduct discovery and market research; support negotiations and due diligence.
• Lead strategic product engagement with assigned clients, understand client operating models, and propose reusable capabilities.
• Influence stakeholders across regions and functions; share product expertise and coach colleagues for client support.
• Foster an accountable, high-performing team culture with focus on execution quality and continuous improvement.
