J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President Product Manager to own the lifecycle for Digital Collateral and Tokenization capabilities, spanning strategy through delivery and commercialization.

You will bridge Markets, Custody, Technology, and AI to translate business opportunities into scalable digital products across tokenized collateral, digital financing, and AI-driven collateral intelligence initiatives. You will shape the strategy, lead execution, and influence direction while collaborating

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Change/Transformation within Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of Collateral Management, Securities Finance, or Derivatives.
• Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Business).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership skills with ability to influence and drive outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate Trading Services Digital & AI strategy into clear product vision, priorities, and deliverables.
• Lead agile delivery of the strategic roadmap for Digital & AI Collateral products (TCN, CTA, Digital Financing, Collateral Intelligence).
• Define product value propositions, target clients, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee development of tokenized collateral capabilities, including TCN and CTA frameworks.
• Ensure integration across on-chain and off-chain systems, including eligibility, settlement, and reconciliation controls.
• Collaborate with Markets, Custody, Operations, and Sales teams to drive client engagement and timely delivery.
• Embed product governance aligned to Digital & AI Steering frameworks and manage regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirements.
