Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Margin and Collateral Specialist within Market Operations.

The role focuses on supporting bilateral OTC derivative collateral requirements, servicing buy-side clients, and partnering with teams across the firm to drive efficiency and accuracy. You will process margin calls, ensure compliant transfers, respond to client inquiries, and contribute to risk mitigation while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Remain client focused, able to work independently under deadlines with limited supervision.
• Process outgoing and incoming margin calls accurately and transparently.
• Ensure transfers are eligible under the correct legal documents.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Front/Middle Office to resolve issues.
• Identify and resolve disputes related to collateral and trade settlements.
• Perform risk mitigation across operational, financial, and reputational aspects.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external clients.
