Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in securities services, collateral management or related fields.
• English is required; Mandarin/Cantonese helpful for regional coverage.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and innovation for margin and collateral management across derivatives and prime broker margining.
• Lead product strategy and discovery, market research, and due diligence with clear value/cost/risk understanding.
• Own client engagement through reviews, solution discussions, and escalations; translate client requirements into reusable capabilities.
