Qualifications

• Master's in Accounting, Taxation, JD, or Tax LL.M. required.
• 4+ years of experience in tax due diligence and deal structuring.
• Experience leading tax due diligence engagements and transactional structuring.
• Strong knowledge of partnership, corporate, and transactional tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax due diligence engagements and advise on transaction structuring for acquisitions, investments, and restructurings.
• Manage budgets and project plans for multiple engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with clients and senior leadership.
• Identify tax risks and planning opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
