Qualifications

• Master's in Accounting, Master's in Taxation, JD, Tax LL.M., or similar plus:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration
• OR corporate tax, Big Law environment, or federal tax background and a desire to move into M&A tax
• Proven experience planning and executing complex projects, including budget management and prioritization
• Experience supporting private equity, institutional investor, or corporate transactions
