Qualifications

• Experience in M&A / transactional tax (Big 4).
• Deep experience in tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction advisory work.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international tax issues in M&A.

Responsabilités

• Lead tax due diligence and structuring work across domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Build and review transaction tax models.
• Advise private equity, corporate, and strategic clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Review and prepare technical tax analyses and memoranda.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on client strategy, deal execution, and new business opportunities.
• Review merger agreements and transaction documents from a tax perspective.
• Support financial modeling and transaction-related tax projections.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while staying actively involved in client work.
