Jobot is seeking a Senior Associate - M&A Tax Advisory with a background in Big 4 Transaction Tax, Big Law Tax, or other specialized M&A tax advisory areas. This remote-friendly role offers exposure to a wide range of domestic and cross-border deals within a dedicated transaction advisory platform.

Qualifications

• Master's in Accounting, Master's in Taxation, JD or Tax LL.M. or similar required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration.
• Experience supporting private equity, institutional investor, or corporate transactions.
• Background in Big 4 Transaction Tax, Big Law Tax, or specialized M&A advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tax due diligence and transaction structuring for M&A deals.
• Support post-merger integration and coordination of tax aspects across deals.
• Identify tax risks, exposures, and structuring opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle.
