Job summary

You'll work with top brokers on complex M&A transactions, guiding deal execution and client advisory in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Ability to attain a Broker’s License within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in risk/insurance or M&A advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and lead junior brokers in deal execution from initial client intake through signing/closing.
• Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings, as well as internal team meetings.
• Develop relationships within the TS team and with clients as well as carrier partners.
• Support long-term projects and key initiatives within the team.
• Presenting and reporting to internal stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
