Job summary

Aon is seeking a Vice President - Broker to support the Reps & Warranties team in executing R&W insurance placements for corporate and private equity clients. You will lead junior brokers, manage client engagements, and contribute to high-profile M&A transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of industry experience).
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and lead junior brokers in all facets of deal execution from initial client intake through signing/closing.
• Support team in long-term projects and key initiatives.
• Prepare analyses for private equity and corporate clients and insurance carrier meetings, as well as internal team meetings.
• Develop relationships within the Transaction Solutions team and wider Aon, building trust with clients and carrier partners.
• Ability to attain a Broker's License within 90 days of employment.
