Aon Transaction Solutions ("ATS") focuses on brokerage of transaction liability insurance products (e.g., Representations & Warranties, Tax, Litigation and other Contingent risks), largely in the context of M&A transactions.
We are looking for a Vice President - Broker to support the Reps & Warranties team in execution of R&W insurance placements for Aon's corporate and private equity clients and prospects.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a market-leading Transaction Solutions team and play a key role in high-profile M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients. You'll work alongside some of the industry's top brokers and former M&A attorneys, gaining exposure to complex deal structures, strategic negotiations, and client-facing advisory work. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.(degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or related field preferred)

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
