Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Vice President for Transaction Advisory Services in Chicago to lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will oversee teams, review complex financial data, and ensure rigorous application of US GAAP guidance.

Requirements include 6+ years in financial due diligence (Big 4 preferred) and proficiency with data analytics tools like Tableau/Alteryx. CPA pursuit is a plus; strong communication and client-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 4 years of financial due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA)
