Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare management and service line leadership.
- Master’s degree in related healthcare or finance preferred.
- Experience leading complex clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to translate operational, financial, and outcomes data into measurable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize a fully integrated Thoracic Surgery and Pulmonary Medicine service line.
- Lead system-wide lung health strategy with executive alignment.
- Collaborate with physicians, hospital ops, ambulatory sites, and market leaders.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements across access, diagnostics, and care coordination.
- Ensure standardized pathways and governance practices.
