Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the low-voltage division.
• Lead operational, financial, and growth initiatives across the unit.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee project execution with safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Lead and mentor project executives, managers, and field leaders.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, backlog, margins, and division performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, GC, developers, and partners.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction on major pursuits.
• Assess staffing needs and structure for growth.
• Set operational standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategy.
