You will mentor executives and managers, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with clients and industry partners to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in low-voltage or related construction environments.
• Proven ability to lead a business unit and manage a portfolio of projects.
• Strong grasp of construction operations, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Experience on large commercial or mission-critical projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the low-voltage division.
• Lead operational, financial, and growth initiatives across the business unit.
• Develop strategies to expand market presence, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee project execution with safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Mentor project executives, managers, and field leadership.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, backlog, margins, and division performance.
• Build relationships with clients, GCs, developers, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction on major pursuits.
• Assess staffing needs and structure the organization to support growth.
• Establish operational standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategy.
