• Experience negotiating and structuring transactions with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination efforts by developing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Build a repeatable pipeline of proprietary opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate transactions, including purchase agreements.
• Oversee underwriting and financial analysis, ensuring full deal accountability.
• Represent the firm at industry events and stakeholder meetings.
