Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in affordable housing.
Section 42 LIHTC development experience required.
Experience identifying sites and closing financing for multiple developments.
Ability to evaluate complex development opportunities and risks.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop all direct reports.
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
Establish clear expectations and performance standards for the team.
Monitor pipeline progress toward closing and development milestones.
Provide strategic direction on priorities, risks, opportunities, and next steps.
Maximize team performance to meet corporate development objectives.
