Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Vice President, Life Sciences Partnerships – Real World Research to drive year-over-year bookings, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion for Ontada’s RWE solutions. This field-based, executive-level role requires a strong background in sales, RWE, and oncology, with leadership across cross-functional teams and cross-organization liaison work.

The VP will lead a dedicated RWE sales team and coordinate cross-selling within key accounts.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
• PhD or advanced clinical/research degree in epidemiology required.
• B.A. or B.S. (preferred discipline in biologic sciences, economics, engineering, biostatistics or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead RWE solutions adoption across priority strategic accounts.
• Serve as strategist and advisor with Life Sciences partners through point of view on market dynamics and partnerships.
• Subject matter expert in oncologymarket trends, LIfe Sciences product lifecycle, and RWE questions.
• Provide competitive and market access intelligence across Life Sciences imperatives.
• Support end-to-end client engagement processes including presentations and scoping.
• Represent Life Sciences voice across Ontada and McKesson initiatives.
• Advise on enterprise offering needs like pricing parity and balanced offerings.
• Work with Product Development to incorporate customer requirements into roadmaps.
