Job summary

Chase is seeking a Quantitative Modeling and Forecasting Lead in Home Lending Finance to own a portfolio of forecasting models used for planning, budgeting, earnings, and stress testing. You will work with Finance, Risk, Technology, and Model Risk Governance to ensure models are well-governed, validated, and production-ready.

You will partner with multiple teams to monitor performance, drive enhancements, and deliver reliable insights that support strategic decisions for customers and the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience and 5+ years with forecasting models, planning models, stress testing, or predictive analytics.
• Experience managing model governance frameworks and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance, monitoring, enhancements, and documentation of the quantitative model portfolio for forecasting, budgeting and stress testing.
• Evaluate model performance, calibrate and enhance for accuracy and relevance.
• Lead annual and periodic model reviews per governance requirements.
• Coordinate with Model Risk Governance, Risk, Finance, and Technology on changes and approvals.
• Prepare proposals and validation materials for governance sign-off.
• Document and control model modifications and data source changes prior to production.
• Represent Finance in governance discussions, regulatory reviews, audits, and inquiries.
