Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate in Pricing for BB Lending Finance to translate complex financials into actionable insights that shape lending strategy. You will partner with Product, Risk and Legal to deliver well-governed pricing outcomes and scalable reporting.

You will build models, govern pricing assumptions, and drive dashboards to inform product decisions while thriving in ambiguity and maintaining strong governance and controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance, analytics, pricing, or business management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and data‑driven problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Credit Decisioning, and Risk to provide finance support for pricing strategy from concept through implementation and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain financial analysis models and tooling with strong controls and documentation.
• Evaluate pricing and discount requests through economic assessments and document recommendations.
• Support pricing economics by governing key assumptions and delivering decision‑ready analyses.
• Refresh pricing parameters to keep rate grids, floors, ceilings, and segmentation up to date.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and deep dives on key business questions including pricing trade‑offs.
• Own management dashboards and reporting, and identify opportunities for data‑driven improvements.
