Qualifications

• At least 5 years in legal operations, corporate governance support or similar operational role in a corporate setting.
• Experience building or scaling legal operations with systems, workflows, and metrics.
• Proficiency with CLM, e-billing, matter management, and knowledge management systems; experience with AI tools in legal context.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Legal Operations Strategy and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable operations framework aligned with business-first legal model.
• Own AI and technology strategy, including evaluation and implementation of platforms like CLM, e-billing, and knowledge management.
• Manage Outside Counsel programs, budgeting, and cost discipline.
• Develop training and governance for responsible AI adoption in legal processes.
