BNY Mellon is seeking a motivated analyst to collaborate with attorneys in designing and deploying customized AI solutions within the Legal Department. The role includes supporting governance, data analytics, and reporting to enhance contracting processes and risk management.

You will engage with business teams, external counsel, and sourcing partners to optimize legal tech platforms and data quality, while helping drive adoption of innovative workflows across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in a paralegal, analyst, or legal operations role.
• Strong data analytics skills with structured and unstructured data.
• Demonstrated or strong curiosity in AI, automation, and legal innovation.
• Comfort with technology platforms and digital workflows.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with attorneys to design, develop, and manage BNY Legal's AI solutions.
• Support firmwide AI governance efforts, including intake triage and issue tracking.
• Perform data analytics and reporting to support transactional work and risk management.
• Assist in administration, optimization, and adoption of legal tech platforms.
• Communicate with stakeholders to support contracting, vendor management, and governance initiatives.
