Job summary

Litify is hiring a VP, Law Firm Professional Services to lead AI-powered implementation delivery and go-live for new customers. You will define the delivery model, partner with SI teams, and build the team that deploys autonomous AI agents across Litify’s client base.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to position professional services as a growth engine and to sustain competitive advantage through AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite the implementation playbook for the AI era.
• Rebuild SOPs around AI and use AI to run discovery, gather requirements, generate designs, configure, automate data migration, produce test scripts and training content.
• Meaningfully reduce the time and cost to go live, measured in leaner Statements of Work (SOWs) and smaller engagements.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a VP, Law Firm Professional Services to lead delivery and make AI-powered implementation Litify's competitive edge. You will own how every new customer goes live, whether our own team or a certified System Integration (SI) partner does the work. You will also build the team that puts autonomous AI agents to work across our client base.
