Job summary

Litify is fully remote in the United States, with NYC/NJ employees following a hybrid schedule including six days per month in the Manhattan office. The VP, Law Firm Professional Services will lead AI-powered implementation and a delivery ecosystem to drive rapid go-lives and client value across enterprise clients.

The role oversees an internal delivery team, a broad SI partner network, and an Agentic AI Center of Excellence, with responsibility for the services P&L and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS professional services
• 5+ years as VP or SVP leading multi-team delivery
• Experience delivering on Salesforce and legal-tech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Rewrite the implementation playbook for the AI era
• Build and run a world-class SI partner ecosystem
• Lead internal delivery team and own services P&L
• Establish Litify's Agentic AI Center of Excellence
