Litify is hiring a VP, Law Firm Professional Services to lead delivery of AI-powered implementations for clients. You will own how every new customer goes live, whether our team or a certified SI partner performs the work, and you'll build a team that deploys autonomous AI agents across the client base.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS professional services; 5+ years as VP/SVP leading a multi-team delivery organization.

Responsabilités

• Rewrite implementation playbook for AI era and govern SOPs.
• Build and certify SI partner ecosystem with Salesforce and legal-industry expertise.
• Lead internal delivery team, own services P&L and capacity planning.
• Establish Agentic AI Center of Excellence and drive AI showcases and rollouts.
