Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with senior executives and boards.
• Knowledge of PJM, FERC, NERC, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal coordination with member cooperatives on large load matters and related services.
• Oversee transmission owner coordination and large-load service delivery.
• Guide rate design, forecasting, and financial analyses for large-load projects.
• Lead power supply strategy, hedging, and portfolio management for large loads.
• Ensure contract governance and legal coordination for large-load initiatives.
• Manage department strategy, budgets, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk oversight for large-load activities.
