• Bachelors degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Executive leadership, organizational design, staff development and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provides executive leadership and serves as the primary contact for large load members, transmission owners, and stakeholders regarding connections and operations.
• Leads cross-functional coordination with Legal, Engineering, Member Rates and Financial Forecasting, Power Supply, and other departments to align large load initiatives with objectives.
• Drives accountability for large load initiatives, including rates, forecasting, portfolio management, and regulatory coordination.
• Oversees contract governance, risk management, and compliance for large load projects and relationships with external parties.
• Leads department strategy, budgeting, and workforce management to meet corporate goals.
