Qualifications

- 10+ years proven experience in land development.
- Strong business acumen with superior oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local regulations related to doing business in California.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders on defining and executing Anthem’s land development strategy.
- Assist through the acquisition and entitlements processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with land development contractors.
- Provide robust analytics and reporting to enable long‑term strategic decisions.
