Job summary

PR ACQUIREZ PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Land Development) to oversee multi-market projects in Phoenix, Sacramento, Denver, and San Diego. This full-time role guides sites from initial evaluation through design, permitting, and construction support, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will lead project teams, manage clients and budgets, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Arizona.
• 10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Strong background in residential, commercial, and mixed-use development with emphasis on single-family communities.
• Proven experience leading project teams, managing clients, and overseeing permitting processes.
• Strong knowledge of land development design principles, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience mentoring and supervising technical staff and project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic guidance on design, scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage complex land development projects from due diligence through design, permitting, approvals, and construction support.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure quality, efficiency, technical excellence, and successful project completion.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining QA/QC practices.
