Anthem Properties in Roseville, California seeks a Vice President, Land Development to lead land opportunity development, navigate zoning and environmental regulations, and guide the Sacramento office through approvals and project delivery.

This role shapes Anthem's long-term growth, mentors the team, partners with senior leaders, maintains relationships with brokers and contractors, and provides analytics to inform strategic decisions while reflecting Anthem's values and culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of proven experience in land development.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Established relationships with brokers and competitors.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local regulations in California.

The Vice President, Land Development is a key member of the Sacramento Land Development and House Building leadership team, responsible for leading the development of land opportunities, including navigating local zoning laws, environmental regulations and city/county approval processes. The VP plays a key role in shaping the long-term growth of Anthem.

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of land development projects for the Sacramento Office

You have

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years proven experience in land development
• Strong business acumen, with superior oral and written communication skills
• Well developed skills in analytics and reporting
• Established positive relationships with brokers and competitors
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local regulations related to doing business in California

Salary Range:

$200,000.00 - $275,000.00 based on experience
