Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Land Acquisition in California to lead and expand the land pipeline. You will partner with senior leaders to present opportunities and negotiate deals that shape the growth of our communities.

Required is a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in land acquisition, and strong skills in negotiation, financial and market analyses. A valid driver’s license is essential. Competitive salary and bonus potential accompany extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses and market analyses.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the land acquisition pipeline and partner with senior leaders to present land deals.
• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials and internal teams.
• Present land deals and drive company growth through strategic land opportunities.
