Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to help ensure an adequate land supply. You will identify opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, and officials, and present deals with financial analyses to senior leaders.

Applicants should have 4+ years in land acquisition, strong negotiation/communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and driving license.

• Identify land acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, and officials.
