Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Present land deals you believe in to senior leaders to drive company growth.
• Support the land acquisition process to ensure an adequate supply of land for development.
