Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to prepare, interpret and present financial analyses and market analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Partner with senior leaders to present land deals and drive company growth.
• Lead and develop the land acquisition team to build a robust deal pipeline.
• Present acquisition opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
