Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in labor and employment law and related US/Canada/UK/Europe regulations.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary legal team and advising executives.
• Strong policy development and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment law strategy and risk management globally.
• Provide counsel on hiring, discipline, terminations, pay and benefits, investigations.
• Manage employment-related litigation and outside counsel effectively.
• Develop policies aligned with HR and business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and influence policy in labor and employment space.
