Job summary

Proxima is seeking a Vice President to lead our IT and Technology practice, providing executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm. You will guide high‑risk, high‑growth programs, shape client strategy, and drive growth and thought leadership for Proxima’s market positioning.

You will mentor senior consulting talent, foster an apprenticeship culture, and champion high-performing, inclusive teams while acting as a Proxima ambassador across internal and external networks.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience across large-scale IT programs and advisory roles.
• 10+ years of global IT procurement experience including enterprise software, IT services, and cloud hosting.
• Deep subject matter expertise enabling strategic guidance on technology spend and vendor management.
• Experience with spend profiles over $50M annually and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen to shape client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level client engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive growth, identify opportunities, and influence market positioning.
