Job summary

Proxima is seeking a Senior Consultant – Financial Services & Insurance SME to drive client engagements across the Financial Services sector. You will manage senior stakeholders, deliver outcomes, and mentor junior consultants within our practitioner-consultant culture.

You will work across commercial banking, treasury, insurance, payments, and related services, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business leadership to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services industry and consulting environments.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communications skills; ability to mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across Financial Services, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Support opportunity identification, commercial analysis, and market assessments.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and contribute to Proxima IP and thought leadership.
