AMSURG seeks a Vice President, IT Strategy, Business Alignment, and Innovation to align technology strategy with growth and operational performance. You will lead strategic planning, business relationships, IT finance, vendor management, and an innovation portfolio as a strategic partner to the CIO and executive team.

This executive role focuses on translating enterprise priorities into actionable technology investments, driving responsible governance, and delivering measurable enterprise value

Formación

• Executive-level influence translating business priorities into technology investments and measurable results.
• Strong experience in financial planning, business case development, vendor negotiations, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead innovation and organizational change across business and technology functions.
• Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and annual refresh of multiyear IT strategy, operating model, and roadmaps.
• Build partnerships with corporate, clinical, and center leadership for demand shaping and accountability.
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and cost transparency with Finance.
• Own IT vendor strategy, renewal planning, and supplier accountability; drive negotiations and value realization.
• Sponsor a disciplined innovation agenda and pilot measurable initiatives.
• Partner with CTO on integration principles for acquisitions and growth initiatives.
• Prepare clear recommendations on investment priorities for CIO and leadership.
• Establish enterprise governance for technology demand, architecture, and performance.
• Translate strategy into an integrated portfolio with accountable sponsorship and benefits realization.
• Build and retain a high-performing team with clear accountability and fiscal discipline.
