Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC, a private real estate investment and development organization, seeks a VP of IT to steer technology strategy, security, and digital transformation across its portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties.

The leader will build a local IT presence, collaborate with executives, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and drive modernization of ERP, cloud, and analytics to enhance tenant and resident experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT leadership, enterprise tech, security, and infrastructure management.
Experience managing multi-million dollar technology budgets and complex initiatives.
Experience in commercial real estate, multifamily, or property management preferred.
Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, ARGUS, CoStar, Salesforce.
Strong communication, strategic planning and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead local technology strategy and budgets across portfolio.
Oversee cybersecurity governance, data privacy, vendor risk, and compliance.
Manage infrastructure, service desk, and IT operations.
Drive digital transformation with SaaS, automation, AI, and analytics.
Oversee real estate tech platforms, smart building systems, access control, video surveillance.
Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Partner with executives to align IT with business goals and change management.
