Job summary

Padagis LLC seeks an experienced technology and people leader to head the Information Technology organization at VP level. This role shapes global IT strategy, leads a team across operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems, and reports to the COO.

The position offers flexible locations within the US and remote work options. Responsibilities include aligning IT with business goals, managing budgets and vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding SAP implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership in a regulated industry (Senior Director or above).
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions enabling business growth and innovation.
• Experience with SAP implementations and upgrades in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and develop the organization roadmap.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications, and systems.
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Oversee system migrations and integrations for acquisitions.
• Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices.
