Job summary

Padagis LLC is seeking an experienced technology and people leader to guide its global IT strategy and organization at the VP level. The role offers flexibility to be based at multiple US facilities or fully remote nationwide.

Responsibilities include shaping the IT roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals, and overseeing security, operations, and risk management across the enterprise. Proven leadership in M&A integrations and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in regulated industries, including Senior Director level or above.
• Proven track record delivering IT solutions enabling business growth and innovation.
• Experience managing complex IT projects, vendors, and SAP implementations/upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IT strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, security, applications and systems enterprise-wide.
• Manage IT budget, resources, vendors, and contracts.
• Ensure IT systems comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide accountability for information security, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Lead integration of acquired companies and systems during M&A activity.
