Philips is seeking the Head of IT for Connected Care to own the end-to-end IT strategy, delivery, and operations for our patient monitoring, clinical decision support, and telehealth platforms. This senior role reports to the Group CIO with a dotted line to the BU CEO and leads AI & data initiatives, governance, and interoperability across the BU.

You will balance enterprise platforms (SAP S/4, Salesforce, Workday) with BU-specific needs, drive a robust AI program, ensure regulatory compliance,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
• Proven track record as a senior IT leader (CIO, VP IT, or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms and ERP transformations for subscription models.
• Strong grasp of clinical IT interoperability (HL7 FHIR, IHE) and regulatory requirements (FDA, MDR, HIPAA).

• Own the IT strategy for Connected Care and align with BU targets and Group IT model.
• Lead IT portfolio governance to ensure service stability and timely transformations.
• Drive AI & Data initiatives, build and lead BU AI team, and govern data assets and workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and interoperability across devices and platforms.
• Lead talent development and build a high-performing, accountable team.
